When Iwas little I thought that dad was the best parent, he was never at home but brought candy and would let me do whatever I wanted. Mom never spoke bad of him, so I had no idea. When I got older I realized that he didn&apos;t care about us, only about himself. Mom worked so hard to take care of us kids while being sick herself, she never got any thanks for it. Dad expected that the food was always in front of him and never did any housework, never said &quot;thanks, the food is amazing&quot;. He used all his money for fun and drinking.

  I love seeing happy endings, especially when the disrespectful husband gets what he deserves! Divorce happens but it shouldn’t be a way the husband to just be a jerk.
