Thank you from the USA. I am in the process of making these wonderful looking buns right now. I had to figure out a few things as far as amounts but everything is going smoothly so far. They are in the freezer now for 20 minutes. I found my dough was a bit wet going by the 500 water and 600 flour. I ended up increasing the flour by about 80 grams to bring it together, but other than that everything is going smoothly. For anyone interested the amount of softened butter spread onto each of the buns was 1 tablespoon or 13 grams for 12 buns.
