The studio apartment is 3000 Peso in other cities and just 2000 Peso in a very small city.

Ok I have found where this exactly is, its not 150 meters to the beach, the nearest path is more like 600 meters & its 1000 meters to the mall

I can honestly say, that the best price for an apartment I've seen in the philippines yet! To be honest I actually think that apartments in the philippines tend to be over price, compared to other Asian countries!

I'm 29, from the UK. Cost of living is horrendous here, wages don't align with the costs of essentials plus bills. Really looking to move to the Philippines, or Thailand, but I'm leaning towards the Philippines. So glad I found your channel, it's helping me a lot. Thank you.

17.000 Peso cheaper without furniture. After 2-3 months you would already break even if you buy the furniture yourself.

If utilities (electric, water, internet) are not included, people need to factor in another $200/month, especially if you're running the aircon for a good chunk of the day.
