He has been upscaling his resume 20 years later to gain credibility he never had.<br><br>During the 2005 trial, Amen was a witness for the prosecution. Under oath, he did NOT provide evidence of a &quot;criminal enterprise.&quot; For nearly 15 years after the trial, he publicly defended Jackson. His sudden shift toward a &quot;sex trafficking&quot; narrative coincides with his new media projects, raising questions about financial motivation.<br><br> Amen claims he found a magazine of &quot;naked children&quot; and gave it to the DA.
