For your fly press; you might consider extending the handle so your hand is below your shoulder. When your arm is up like that your rubbing your humerus on your coracoid process. It'll give join pain, so a little extension might help you a lot. Then you can push straight forward instead of up at a weird twist like at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJs7SLFxpuc&t=49">0:49</a><br><br>Love your work! Keeps me motivated. :D

That's a 400 year fence and gate, here in the UK (back in the old days) people used to make beautiful things that lasted well beyond their years, I'm glad to see it hasn't entirely disappeared.
