  People are so obsessed with looking young through cosmetic procedures but will still smoke, drink, tan excessively or without sunscreen, not drink enough water, etc.

  I&apos;m so tired of seeing it on actors, especially if they&apos;re in a historical film or show. Nicole Kidman&apos;s face barely moves/shows emotion yet they&apos;re putting her in everything lately. I&apos;m supposed to believe this woman who has so obviously had work done to her face is from Viking times? Okay Hollywood.

  Turned 40 this year and I feel FREE. Since I&apos;ll never be seen as 20 again, the pressure is off to even try. I like the way I look at 40, and more importantly, I like who I&apos;ve become. I&apos;m healthy and can&apos;t wait for the next two thirds of my life (haha, I plan to live to 120). ❤

  Self care is eating healthy, avoiding too much alcohol, getting enough sleep and reducing stress. Not putting your body through trauma for nice photos on instagram. Just my opinion.

  I’m turning 43 in a few weeks and I’m just aging naturally. It’s unhealthy the way these young women are obsessed with aging! I never even started to think about it until I was in my 30’s! &nbsp;None of it matters in the end. Save your money, and travel instead!
