  im from chicago, i hate when people pit chi and La against each other we don't need a who's the most murderous city competition, what's happening in chicago is similiar to what happened in La in the 90's. we don't need to compete with each other it all needs to stop. both cities serious dudes. end of story

  As a guy from Chicago i think both are popular & original places for where some of the biggest gangs have started but i can even say theres more crips & bloods more places than definitely BDs but I think  The GD nation definitely right up there with them and has just as many

  Let’s not forget Chicago had more structure Than any city .. Chicago gangs Like Gangster Disciples Had Chairman or the Board ( Larry Hoover ) Board Members Like ( Shorty G ) Etc and Enforcers and Soldiers .. And The Gangs was ran like a Machine .. Because of the Gang structure in Chicago is what lead to Federal Indictments of Gang leaders in the 90s .. L.A never had Gang Structure besides Big homies and little Homies …. L.A allowing Hollywood Actors and R&B singers to water down there gang banging was the downfall of L.A gang Culture  .. Those actors would never been claiming hoods in the 90s or 80s because shit in Cali was Sooo serious niggas would be to scared and pressed Hard asf behind that shh .. 💯💯
