  “The moment you rehearse your trauma, the more you’re giving CPR to your pain!” …Lord, please heal my heart & mind. Help me Father, to refrain from giving in to my negative thoughts. When the thought comes, reroute my thinking! Thank you in advance. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  I was diagnosed with anxiety and am on medication. I'm so broken. My mind is broken. Like a broken record, "You failed. You failed. You failed. Imposter. Imposter. Imposter." I'm a teacher, and I was too afraid to leave my classroom all day. The stress was breaking me. Then I found your video. I say, "thank you, thank you, thank you"

  Gaining control of my mind and thoughts has got to be one of the hardest things for me. God sent me back to my parents home and I hate everything about living here. Especially with all that I had to do while being here so far and I can’t seem to unsee the things. Can’t seem to pretend I’m not where I am and have peace. So gaining control over my thoughts to stop rehearsing the journey and what’s been done so far is what I desperately need. It’s beginning to make me feel sick and migraines weekly because I’m stressed. I know healing my mind and filtering my thoughts will set me free. & that will truly be a testimony for me because God knows I want out.
