Can Millie Bobby Brown Turn These Kids Into Movie Stars?

Millie Bobby Brown surprises the students of PS 84 on New York City's Upper West Side with an unforgettable lesson in the art of acting for film. This episode of Celebrity Substitute celebrates creativity, collaboration, confidence, and the unique craft of bringing stories to life on camera. Millie begins by introducing students to the essential language of a film set, teaching them the terminology actors use every day while walking them through what it's like to work in front of the camera. Once the class has mastered the basics, they step onto professionally built movie sets inside their school gym, where Millie coaches them through rehearsals, helping each group discover how subtle performances, listening, and emotional honesty translate on screen. The lesson culminates in a real filmmaking experience as Millie directs and performs alongside the students while they bring a series of original scenes to life. By the end of the day, the young actors get to see themselves on screen for the very first time, experiencing the excitement and teamwork that go into creating movie magic.
