I already tried singed and the nerf on the fling is pretty much a buff it doesn't change his gameplay and you can see the animation of him charging using hia shield

If you fiddle with the Viktor/Rumble Manual Aim Time Limit delay in game options it becomes much faster. I'd say between 15 and 30 is the sweet spot between responsiveness and precision (I like 20).

I would go rabadons as 5th bc of infinity orb works very good on him as 4th like shadowflame in league which works very nice with his equalizer and riftmaker. I don’t think that rabadons rush will be completely op again after the durability patch but lets see

He takes turrets super fast when overheated. Its almost cheating to quickly spam abilities as you approach lane just to dive under turret and destroy the turret infront of enemy 😂
