Everything didn't go Kaela and Moona's way but they did succeed. Just another thing, if Koyori, Pekora, and Miko found out that she was lying, then it's war lmao.

Basically if we going with the best context it can go like this:

if you watch Koyori POV:
- you will arrive at the box and find moona alone
- you will got information that moona is zenloss
- knew that, you will feel that koyori is nice and protect them
- miko come, since koyori want to protect moona, she standby and keep her guard up
- still protect moona while keeping her distance with miko
- see pekora come since it the promise place between the two
- see pekora come and shoot miko but she know the reason
- got confused as why moona go so quickly
- everything go happy lucky

if you watch Miko POV:
- come to create to get some goods
- see a person and get wary of it
- keep the distance
- hear pekora sound and put her item in the horse for prevention
- try to greet pekora but got kill instead and of course she know the reason
- when she want to get her deceased body, she met kaela and get scraps for kaela
- without knowing the reason, she feel happy because of it
- body got looted by someone

if you watch Pekora POV:
- want to go to koyori meeting place
- want to show her bombbox with her song
- confused as why there is moona and hear from koyori that miko is hear
- switch equipment and shoot miko without a second thought
- confused as why moona got zenloss
- when check the crate, got confused since moona already take almost all of it
- continue meeting with koyori and loot the deceased body

but we know that the real scheme is begin from this POV instead...
if you watch Moona POV... you will know the scheme that make you feel there is a plot hole in the POV above as why moona act sus

Pekora rolls up with a large boombox and starts busting caps in peoples asses like 90s gangsta rapper.
