I'm an old lady (77) and I have to say that this young lady is unique and very talented. That was evident even when she was 7 yrs. old. Be true to yourself, darling, and you will be a legend, known as one of the greatest singers ever. Don't let the business end of things change who and what you are, or the way you sing.

This is an astounding and majestic performance by the great international star Angelina Jordan. She is provided with the highest level of musical accompaniment, staging, support and recognition that her magnificent talent deserves. Her performance and her appearance are so beautiful that they are beyond breathtaking. Angelina is honored to have been chosen to sing in honor of Narges Mohammadi, the Nobel Peace Prize winner.

 Thank you Boris!
It should not go unnoticed that the twins Ali and Kiani Rahmani had only a few minutes earlier been talking about their mother whom they haven't seen since they were 8 years old. Now they are 17 as Angelina is. Kiani also tells us that she doesn't think she ever will see her mother again.

When Angelina sings, what I hear is: "I've hungered for your touch" and "I need your love".

Angelina transforms from the Barefoot Princess to the Barefoot Queen.
While I was listening, the image of Cleopatra came to my mind, role performed by Elizabeth Taylor in the 60s, and Diva from the movie The Fifth Element.
Very pleasant feeling that Angelina gives you, while you listen to how she can carry you through your own memory, among memories and feelings that you thought were forgotten.
Man, I wake up Weeping, for no reason ....... and I'm not sad.

Thank you Boris! AJ’s choice of melody was not accidential!
Wikipedia: Unchained Melody is a song written by Alex North (music) and Hy Zaret (lyrics), and it was first released in 1955 as the soundtrack and theme song for the film Unchained, hence the name. The film is about an inmate in a prison who is in the dilemma of whether he should escape or serve out his sentence so that he can be reunited with his loved one.

And...her grandma is an iranian woman!
