Pretty clean hygienic set up. I am surprised how he does it for 35. Wonder what he makes per sandwich for all the hard work and set up. Easily deserves a 50/sandwich price. Made fresh in front of your door. Zwiggy / zomato will charge 35 for delivery alone and that too after biting and tasting your food.

U can give him 20 rs extra<br>As u dont have to walk down to a hotel to get a sandwich he is next to ur house.<br>It is as if a home made sandwich.<br>Plus in a hotel u will get this type of sandwich for 60 rs with stale tomatoes.<br>He is cutting fresh tomatoes in front of ur eyes. I have seen hotel kitchen where they cut tomatoes etc. In round shape and if they r not used the whole day they r store in long sheets in fridge for next day sales.
