  The reason there’s silence at the end of “get well soon” is because she wanted the song to be 5 minutes 22 seconds, because 5/22 (may 22) was the day of the bombing at her concert in Manchester. She wanted to both give listeners some silence to pay respect to the victims and so that the song could be long enough to match the date

  im so shocked but love that you love sweetener because its so underrated/overhated by the fandom and the general public (although this year people are finally realising how good it is and all the songs are going viral again on tiktok) and I think its her best work EVER. it was arianas favourite for a LONG time too, she even named her makeup brand after the song 'REM' and its called rem beauty lol. she was so active online during this era too. i need her to work w pharrell again istg

  REM is supposed to sound like a dream. Like the song itself is sopposed to sound like ur in a cloud, that’s why she add the bum bum. The whole album is sopposed to sound like ur dreaming that’s why pharell was perfect for this album
