  Correction on Tattleatail, the game didn&apos;t die or flop.<br>The creator didn&apos;t want it to have multiple sequels and wanted it to be a one and done deal.<br><br>On top of this they didn&apos;t really want to make merch of the characters either.<br><br>That&apos;s why we don&apos;t see it continuing on, because the creator didn&apos;t want it to.

  I know imma sound like a nerd saying this but these Minecraft series like verity aren&apos;t ARGs they are Unfiction aka spooky Minecraft roleplay or smth like that. The content creators only use the term &quot;ARG&quot; because they can&apos;t fathom the idea of doing roleplay on a game so they just slap the ARG word onto their series.

  tbh, Verity not being made of basic cubes in the original story is fitting given he&apos;s not even supposed to be in Minecraft in the first place<br><br>some bullshit about a super AI predating the known internet lore lore lore (i fell asleep halfway watching the final episode)

  Verity didn’t destroy Minecraft horror modding, it just made so everyone could see the destruction of it that had already been cooking in slow fire for years

  I feel like the whole idea of him being a friend that later becomes extremely possessive and you can&apos;t leave it or get away from. It does have extreme potential as a horror mod. However, I think they could do without the generative AI

  Verity&apos;s ball design was a great decision in original thatmob series, because verity felt like an intruder – it&apos;s like there&apos;s something parasitic living off your minecraft world. it perfectly worked with the set story of the ARG<br><br>AI is not a screenwriter. it doesn&apos;t have any sense of dramaturgy and nuance. it just puts a ball of shit in your minecraft world

  Horror mods need to stop trying to cause fear, and start causing dread and tension.<br><br>As a certain game animation study channel said; “Fear is subjective, while tension is subjective”.
