they are called mountain warriors, it's not a joke.. Plus, if the guys have not been working out and preparing, they would be out of breath...

I mean those are Gurkhas, the killer machines ๐๐ผ Several of Indian officers have said they are the fun off the battle field, most well dressed. On the battle field, their enemies rue the day.Legends in real sense of the word.

My dad is an ex-gurkhali and i can say iโm very proud of him. He turned 54 the other day and he is fitter than an 18 year old. Looking at the gurkhali community, honestly all the uncles are so fit it actually amazes me. They may be old but running a marathon, doing the beep test, carrying weights and running, etc. never a problem even at the age of 54. Wild crazy but mad respect for all the ex-gurkhali uncles out there.

Ayo Gorkhali ! Gurkhas are the legendary fighters from Nepal and an integral part of the Gurkha Regiment in the Indian Army ...... they are soldiers who have fought and protected some of the highest Indian defence posts on the Himalayas. Not to be taken lightly .... their battle cry translates to better to die than live like a coward :) huge respect from India โค
