Tesco's are taking all thier delivery's in house over next few years. Seeing out all the current contracts out but not renewing them, Stobarts are Tesco's biggest contractor.

Pay that reflects the actual number of hours a trucker works should be the standard across a trucking industry, but until it is, and such pay rates are high enough, I predict companies across the Western world will be perhaps harder-pressed than ever before to find dedicated qualified drivers.

Nothing changed there then. Big enough to break the industry but unable to make a decent profit on the tigh margins that ruin the rest of the industry.
