  Ngl, when we see non resident Sri Lankans they don't really know abt their Sri Lankan heritage but this girl, she knows her stuff man. The way she knows our technique of eating, I can def tell she eats like that often. Respect to her parents for not letting her Sri Lankan heritage go to waste❤

So Proud! and very happy to see others enjoying the food! and it is quite impressive to see how they bring Sri Lankan Tamil's food pittu, Sri lankan Muslim's dessert Watalappam and any best sinhala recepies to table!   I’m from srilankaaa🎉<br>There is a big difference between Sri Lankan food and Indian food. Indians usually cook without adding coconut milk, but in Sri Lankans there is a tradition of adding coconut milk to almost all dishes. Sri Lankan food is spicier than Indian food and is also very tasty. Eating spicy food is an art and many Sri Lankans can do it. Also &nbsp;three religions in our country, and the food of each of those three religions is different from each other.

  Im happy that the eggplant curry (moju ) &nbsp;got the recognition it deserves i think it definitely is one of the top eggplant dishes in the world
