  Those cowards deserve no protection, they should be brought to justice instead and thrown behind bars for helping such evil people.

  Martin O&apos;Hagan was a former member of the Official IRA who served a sentence in the mid 1970&apos;s for weapons possession. Although not convicted of anything else the belief exists within unionist/loyalist circles, in particular in North Armagh, that he was involved in killings carried out by the OIRA prior to their ceasefire in May 1972, and possibly after. At the time of his killing he wasn&apos;t involved in any political organisation, although he clearly irritated the LVF in Mid Ulster due to the allegations he made about them in the Sunday World. He had also previously been abducted and interrogated by the PIRA earlier in his journalistic career when they were trying to find out who was passing on information to the press about them.

  Martin O&apos;Hagan was a member of The Official IRA. Not the Provisional IRA. They were different organisations, with different ideologies. The Officials had been on ceasefire since 1975.

  RIP Martin. Need more brave journalists to pull the shadows away of all collusion. He was a dead man the moment he revealed Robin Jackson’s identity, the LVF were nothing but psychopathic hero worship of that monster and the RUC, I mean PSNI had no interest in solving a former republican turned investigative journalist’s murder.

  It’s common knowledge that there was widespread collusion between security forces and loyalist paramilitaries the British government had to apologise for it and several inquiries have confirmed it, everyone and their granny knew who pulled the trigger the cops Mod the dogs on the street. It’s very easy to believe that “paul” is telling the truth
