Judge Lee Rudofsky has consistently undermined democratic norms to advance a ideological agenda. By ruling that private citizens cannot sue under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act; defying 60 years of legal precedent; he stripped power from disenfranchised voters. Senator Dick Durbin called it an "extreme position" that leaves citizens defenseless, yet Rudofsky dismissed decades of consensus as mere "flimsy footing" and "dicta."<br>Meanwhile, his judicial impartiality is completely compromised. Rudofsky personally established an annual "judicial education mission to Israel," yet forced prospective law clerks to confirm their ideological positions on the "Israel-Hamas war" [Also identified as a GENOCIDE]; politicizing judicial hiring while actively pushing a pro-Israel line. He isn't serving American justice; he's serving an Anti-Black agenda.
