"We have lost touch with our 16yos..." So let's spend an hour telling them what they think, ignoring their answers or repeating them with a smarmy look on our face.

RIP Donahue! Big respect for featuring NYHC on your show in 1986, and treating them with respect and mostly non-judgemental, even though it wasn’t your thing!

I think it’s so funny that people thought that the punk, heavy metal, and rap/hip hop scenes was a “fad” but here we are 30+ years later and people are still into just as much. Even the newer generations are rediscovering the music from this era. I love it

I have such great memories of CBGB’s Sunday afternoon matinee! I think all these kids were there! ❤ So many icons! Morphed Law, Cro-Mags!

The woman at 16:50 in the pink is awesome, she gets that these kids are intelligent and if people listened to them they could learn a lot, props to you mam!

KNEW IT!!!! Damn I am good. NUCLEAR ASSAULT became one of the BEST thrash metal bands of all time and they penned some of the best, most intelligent songs of all time: Brainwashed, Critical Mass. Love you boys!!! BTW, still kicking ass today.
