  lethal is not bugged, soldiers apply onhits at 50%, which applies to lethals onhit bonus obviously.<br>probably the same for hob but idk if thats actually coded as an onhit.

  you dont need manaflow, I usually get by with pom just fine. This allows you to go celerity and ms shard, so you can actually move. Especially if you go lichbane or stormsurge. The ms stacks really nicely on him.
