The melody of this song feels like a ghost of a Saturday night date from 1962. 💔 I can almost smell the cheap cologne, hear the crunch of gravel outside a dimly lit diner, and see her face under the street lamp. 💡 We promised forever over a milkshake and this song playing low on the jukebox. Forever didn't last, but this music? It always does. It's the most beautiful kind of heartache.
