Activision won a lawsuit a couple years ago where gm sued them for using humvees in cod but judge said its fine as long as they don't use Real logos or badges and its being used in a realistic manner. So basically Rockstar can make them pretty much identical if they want

Really hope that if cars have fender options, it will automatically change the wheel fitment to match the extra width unlike in GTA 5 when all of those options were useless because they just hanged way over the wheels.
