This is one of the most informative videos on installing a subpanel great great information in there.

I'm providing one tip as a master electrician; it's best to use wire strippers instead of the utility knife. This ensures safety and prevent wire insulation damage.

what I dislike about this video that you jumped to a different project setting when connecting the subpanel to the main, it is confusing. but thanks for all the info.

You could remove the bonding screw and use one side as the ground

I liked this video the first time because it reminded me of a specific question i wanted to get right but then i kept watching and noticed a few things and replayed the video twice finding more issues. Yes the video is mostly good. Yes the comments point out great points and corrections. One thing that i want to add because its life saving. The subpanel is dangerously not correct as pointed out but moved on from and questionable wrong before moving on. There should only ever be one jumper. By any vernacular this is the bonding point to the box. He says bond strap but doesn't show the box to see an actual bond strap or if he is tslking about the crossing tie bar in that sub panel. The bond point is the first box ALWAYS and the one with the grounding conductor line. Usually the main unless there is an exterior shutoff box. If you ever bond a subpanel or box after the first one and you have a fault, there are several types, that doesn't cause a trip the hot line feeding you will have an electrified box looping back thru a closed circuit   to the main neutral. Best case you take a zap touching the box like catching one off an receptacle but touching both panels at the same time while ruining your week but there is the possibility of un aliving yourself especially if you find a way to ground yourself better than the line crossing the load back thru neutral feed. It takes as little as 3 amps to stop the heart on a connection hit and even a 15 will pop well after you cardiac. I saw a master put a metal level on the top of two boxes in this scenario and felt the zap said oh shit then flicked it off with a piece of wood only to see it hit the box and a grounding wire attached to the water main and arch bigger than i thought was possible.

I'm thinking I would have come out of that panel on the right side and relocated (2) of the circuits to the MLO panel on the left so that all of the sub panel feeders are derived from the same feeder from the main. Sad that someone would wire a sub panel without an EGC but it's rewarding to know that good electricians can identify this issue and make it right. Nice video I enjoyed watching it.
