I seriously believe you couldn't pack a single pound of more quality muscle on Lee Priest's frame in his prime. Guy had a relatively perfect physique.

I met Lee Priest back in 1999 at a meet and greet.He was funny as hell and very down to earth.

I started watching these Sam’s Fitness vids with Lee about 10 years ago. To this day it’s still my favorite thing to watch while doing cardio or just chilling.<br><br>Lee will always be my favorite bodybuilder and talk show personality 🤙<br><br>Thanks Sam for keeping these going.
