  I played the Beta and never left. whoever came up with the fact this game should be a virtual Gameshow, has to be promoted!

  Playing Battlefield 6 I was highly disappointed that I couldn’t just bust open a floor and flank a team from above… then realized The Finals has forever changed me.

  The Finals gets better the more you play it. Once you embrace the chaos and learn to use <b>all</b> of the tools you have at your disposal then the game really starts to shine.

  The &quot;AI&quot; in the game is literally just a custom tts model that functions no different than any other tts of the last decade. Besides voice assistants like Siri or Alexa that probably includes any generic navigation system. &nbsp;I&apos;m pretty sure there&apos;s a model working on the same principle in every modern digital device as an accessibility feature as well. Meanwhile pretty much every streamer has a bunch of tts voices setup without permission and nobody complains. Yet Embark does what&apos;s common place in industrial VO and it&apos;s somehow a scandal?

  For those that don’t know, that clip of the announcers talking is an old clip, we’re talking around season 0. If I’m not mistaken, around the beta of the game. <br>They sound so much better now.

  I think it&apos;s an overstatement to say that &quot;nobody plays the finals&quot; when there are continuously at least 30.000 players across all platforms

  The Finals gives me moments of pure nerve wracking adrenaline that I haven&apos;t experienced since I was a teenager playing Halo 2.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRvpM4mL7qs&amp;t=1013">16:53</a> One of the main reasons they’re using text-to-speech (literally like Siri this stuff isn’t new) is so they can have “dynamic” voice lines for its hosts that correspond with what’s actually happening in the game. It would be such a pain to try to individually record every line they want for a game that’s supposed unique every time you play.
