I always enjoy listening to Mr. Mahbubani. He speaks honestly and doesn’t seem biased. I appreciate how he offers a balanced perspective, something I feel many Western commentators often fail to do and can sometimes be quite one-sided.

For years Mr Mahbubani has been educating us, and warning the Western world of the dire condition, the delusional state of mind they have been sunken into. But, there are no listening ears. The Orientalism they have suffering from, for so long, is too deep and too complex to overcome.

I'm in Australia, and I'm embarrassed to say, out Government is falling over itself, to pander to the US and UK. A recent example was the penalty payment to France, to cancel out agreement for French built submarines, and instead buy 2nd hand nuclear subs for 10 times more, with a decade later delivery date. Truth is, we (in Australia), don't live in a Democracy, but have somehow found ourselves, being surfs, and ruled over by a pseudo Monarchy. All hail King Trump and a random EU leader...Von der Leyen?, Kaja Kallas?, Freddy Mertz?, Netanyahu?, or even Zelensky?. They take turns at creating a narrative that goes against all logic, and our PM of the day, loves it.
