Brian, thank you for taking the time and expertise to share your Chicago trip with us. Just being able to see so many absolutely incredible Lionel trains has made my day. I'm a very small-time collector with more knowledge of Lionel than product, but I know greatness when I see it and your trip's video is jaw-dropping for a true Lionel lover. Thanks for your efforts and no matter how cool a collector may think he is, your enthusiastic descriptions of what you witnessed added a lot to the pure video shots!

My 5 & 7 year old hassled me for so long today I finally broke down and got dads old train set out of storage. I saw three of the cars he had in the box with his Pennsylvania 2340 engine.

Are these collections or overstocked surplus NOS inventory? It appears to be a lot of NOS still in shipping boxes. Makes one think we should never run out of vintage post war Lionel trains when supplies as such exist. Nice馃槉
