  Biggest tip I got was $70 and the guy told me if I want a few extra digits on my check I could work at his family coffee shop down the street and I was allowed to have free coffee and allowed to take 2 meals each day for the first month of work proud to say I still work there to this day

  The biggest tip I ever got was 100 dollars at McDonald’s, and it was only because the lady was flexing on my co worker for being rude

  Degenerocity speaking nothing but straight facts in this video. The only tip I’ll ever tip is when the customer service exceeds my expectations and I believe they deserve it. Other than that, forget it

  We shouldn’t be responsible for paying part of these people’s wages. It’s always a problem apparently for a company to properly pay their employees a proper and livable wage knowing damn well they have more than enough to give them to be able to sustain their daily lives. <br><br>We all about workers rights✊

  Simba, Sis, whenever you get crappy service in a restaurant, if you don&apos;t leave a tip they think you just forgot. Leave a penny. That lets them know what you thought of their service.

  Simba speaking nothing but FACTS. My first job ever was as a hostess at Applebee&apos;s. Was it the job of my dreams...hell nah. But it was convenient because it was literally a fifteen minute walk away from my university. I was making $4.50 an hour and hardly got tips. Never complained tho, considering the majority of my job was sitting people down at a table with menus and busting the tables when those people left. Definitely hated that job with a passion, plus management was TRASHHHHH. (Lowkey one of em was stealing tips off the bartenders at the end of the night.)

  Tipping is NOT universal, fam. In fact, in Japan tipping is considered AN INSULT because they don&apos;t expect their customers to pay extra for their best quality of service!<br><br>I do tip in the States, but I avoid places that have people who &quot;work for tips only,&quot; because they&apos;re not workers; they&apos;re SLAVES! We as a collective need to eradicate the practice of &quot;supplementing&quot; or, in some cases, OUTRIGHT PAYING employees&apos; wages ON TOP OF what we paid for the product/service that&apos;s going straight to the employer&apos;s pockets as profit!
