Honestly, I want a whole house water filtration and conditioning system that addresses Manganese and Arsenic. I live in a rural highly agricultural area.

I went with a Culligan whole house water filter with a clear base, and I change the filter when it gets dirty. Day to day, it stays clean; water main break somewhere upstream, here comes the trash. Filter may stay clean for months, or just a few days, you need a clear base and look at it regularly. I use 5 micron Culligan filters ordered off Amazon. Also makes an easy water cutoff if you ever need to cut your water off for a fix.

My water tastes good but the mineral buildup destroys all my coffee makers . Every pot of water boiled has a thick layer of white scale
