The owner is SUCH a wannabe restaurateur! Pretending that she is SO concerned about the chef SHE promoted after only a few months. Stuffing her mouth as she cries and shifts blame away from her responsibilities.

I love how the owner picks on her "executive chef", when the man hasn't even had any training AT ALL !! She admitted that she does all the food costs, all the budgeting & all the scheduling! If she's doing all the paper work, has she even set up a cleaning schedule for the kitchen?
