In this luxury steakhouse food review, I revisit one of my favorite restaurants, where my wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary back in 2019. This video is packed with mouthwatering moments, from handcrafted cocktails like the classic Old Fashioned to a perfectly cooked 20oz bone-in ribeye steak made with premium Canadian Prime beef. I also try Gotham’s famous cheese toast, a rich and cheesy appetizer that delivers an epic cheese pull, along with a fresh Caesar salad featuring bold anchovy and garlic flavors. To complete the experience, I pair my steak with a delicious Cabernet Franc wine and finish strong with a creamy, caramelized crème brûlée dessert. If you love steakhouse reviews, fine dining experiences, food vlogs, and travel content across Canada, this video is for you! I’ll walk you through the full restaurant experience including atmosphere, service, menu recommendations, and of course, the final bill. Whether you're planning a trip to Vancouver or just looking for the best steakhouse in Canada, Gotham Steakhouse delivers top-tier quality, incredible flavors, and an unforgettable dining experience.
