The "wake-up" call is that users of heating oil and agricultural diesel should always lock their tanks, and if possible, alarms and/or cameras should be used.

The person who called this in said there were 8-10 men.  She has also said that the police didn't formerly come to see her to find out what she saw and then the men were bailed.  A three to four hour trip to nick diesel!

As an ex farmer who has had diesel stolen , it’s  highly unlikely that Londoners would go all the way to this place to nick  diesel . There’s a hell of a lot of farm diesel way closer than that . Something else is cooking here !

I bet these men were thieving red diesel from farm machinery and I think the most surprising thing is that the UK government exposed themselves as waiting for a massive terrorist attack while Trump exposed himself as a liar by claiming these men where being watched. The UK government are panicking and over reacted obviously expecting something imminent.
