  Why it's clean is because of the people. It's not clean by itself...being poor doesn't mean you have to live dirty. I respect a clean mud house more than a dirty building. If you wana live in a clean area you have to become one of them and live their lifestyle ,replace your old habits. Else it's better to not move into clean area to pollute it.

  The tourist from mainland mainly from DELHI always litter our place whenever they visit Northeast.<br>It&apos;s a request not to litter our beautiful Northeast India.<br>Not all tourist but some tourist are extremely egoistic and filthy in terms of cleanliness.
