小さなやりたいを叶える日、日常のひとやすみと一人の朝食。

I'd always wanted a compact record player in the living room, but my husband is particular about audio equipment, so I was only ever allowed to buy something he approved of (and those tend to be expensive). My dream of a living room with a record player stayed a hazy fantasy for a while. But once he was able to work remotely, he got his own room, and started out with car racing games, then realized he could finally build the Gunpla he'd always wanted to try, now that he had his own space. As his hobbies grew, he ended up letting me bring his favorite record player out to the living room. (Though honestly, it's a lot bigger than I expected...) Now that I've started touching records for the first time, I think I'll slowly start building up a collection of records I love. Summer break didn't feel that different from usual, between club activities and extra lessons, but with fewer meals to cook, I still felt relieved once it was over. Struggling to decide on menus, I realized that if I just simmer chicken and onion thoroughly, it can be turned into all kinds of dishes, and that's how I got through summer break. You can make it into soup, turn it into teriyaki, or add cherry tomatoes and potatoes for a light salted stew. Give it a try whenever you're stuck for ideas. I'm thinking of buying a shelf to put next to the dining table in the kitchen, and once it arrives, I plan to move the espresso machine back there. I usually buy STAUB online, but there was a sale in-store recently, so I bought an 18cm WANABE. Being able to really check the size in person, plus getting advice on seasoning and other things, made me realize lately that buying in-store has its own charm too. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ My favorite kitchen & everyday items — Amazon storefront https://www.amazon.co.jp/shop/cafict Ceramic bowl [studio M’] Berry Bowl https://amzlink.to/az0c4eQnBuUtr Milk frother https://amzlink.to/az0zJFJS5rn9g Bread knife [pomme] https://a.r10.to/hPOncf Vermicular Kitchen Knife [Vermicular] https://amzlink.to/az0r7YSMWCsqM Moka pot 2 Cups [BIALETTI Brikka] https://amzlink.to/az0X8601cs4S0 Watering can bucket https://amzlink.to/az0RPoEJWzXh1 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CAFICT Octagonal Cutting Board CAFICT Coaster Wooden Muddler Available at the CAFICT online shop https://shop.cafict.com --- Music @cafict-m --- CAFICT Online Shop https://shop.cafict.com → For purchases from outside Japan https://shop.cafict.com/pages/interna... --- Instagram Instagram: cafict X (Twitter) https://x.com/cafictcom --- Camera: SONY a7III https://amzn.to/49Z2ZRN Lens: TAMRON 28-75mm F/2.8 Di III RXD (Model A036) https://amzn.to/40evxDy --- Book CAFICT "Living with Coffee" https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4074496453/ --- CAFICT https://cafict.com https://shop.cafict.com I film everyday life with coffee, vlogs, daily routines, and coffee gear.
