I administered my mother-in-laws estate. She died in June and by November 1st of the same year I had sold her her house and liquidated everything and all 4 sons received their money. This woman is milking it.

People give your stuff away while you are alive, put cash aside to pay for your funeral if you have not done so before hand and designate beneficiaries to financial accounts because that person will get that money. Have a will for everything else! Good luck!

I wish the judge would ask when he ordered them to perform the survey, when they requested the survey, when it was performed, and when the report will be complete (soon isn’t acceptable)
