The price-performance ratio has to be right for the customer and you should enjoy it yourself!" You often hear such and similar statements when you are out and about with the contractor Andreas Dengg and his team from St. Johann im Pongau. His philosophy is not only represented by the employees, but is also visible in the entire fleet and in the use of his machines. For example, when opening forest roads, a tractor is combined with a snow blower and a special variable plow, which combines 3 devices in one and is therefore unbeatable in terms of efficiency, power and flexibility. The slurry hose system is equipped with a drag hose and a long-range thrower, which means that hilly areas typical of the Alpine region, which are characterized by many steep slopes, can be fertilized in one go. Another highlight is the introduction of silage additives into the round bale silage, a technology that has previously presented a challenge for farmers and contract workers. This enables measurably more nutrient yield to be achieved from the basic feed, which in turn can save on concentrated feed. In order to be able to implement innovations and make them available to others, we work with well-known manufacturers, design prototypes and carry out material tests. The Dengg contracting company offers agricultural and forestry contract work all year round as a partial or complete solution, and also provides winter and municipal services. This includes in detail: Snow clearing, loading and transport in public areas and freight roads; Opening forest roads in spring; Spreading manure, slurry hosing (600m range, 16 bar, 120m3/h); Transporting wood, roping the soil, clearing trees; Reseeding grassland, new sowing, mulching, mowing, raking; Wrapping round bales and pressing hay/silage; Hay harvesting, silage transport using a loading wagon; Cleaning paved areas using a sweeper; Spreading and transporting slurry using a slurry tank; Fleet: Valtra T254, Fendt 516 Vario, Fendt 412 Vario, Fendt 309 Vario, Holzknecht cable winch and forestry trailer, Orsi Assaloni Vario wedge plow, Schmidt Fs90 265 snow blower, 2.8m mulcher, 3m Liebherr 507 rotor harrow, Perwolf slurry hose system, Farmtech manure spreader, Pöttinger front mower and rotary tedder, Kuhn mower, Krone double swather, Pöttinger loading wagon, Claas Rollant 455, Deutz Compacmaster, Bauer K 6000 slurry tank, Tuchel sweeper, tandem tipper. _________________________________________________ 00:00 Intro 00:13 Introduction by the boss 00:45 Opening forest roads with snow blower, Vario plough, Valtra T254 01:28 Spreading manure Fendt 516 vario & Liebherr 507 02:10 Skidding, timber transport Fendt & Holzknecht 03:16 New sowing, reseeding & slurry piping Fendt, Güttler, Perwolf, Valtra n174 04:11 Liebherr wheel loader with Tuchel sweeper 04:21 Wrapping & stacking round bales with McHale double arm wrapper & Hauer front loader 04:36 Round balers with Claas, Deutz, Fendt & Valtra 04:46 Mowing & tedding with Pöttinger, Kuhn & Fendt 05:06 Swathing & haymaking with Fendt, Krone & Pöttinger 05:34 Slurry spreading with Bauer k6000 & Valtra ___________________________________________________________ Equipment: Drones: https://amzn.to/3uoakXb https://amzn.to/3FqgEUt https://amzn.to/3F4JJ6F Cameras: https://amzn.to/3F4mpWz https://amzn.to/3VzAO4a https://amzn.to/3VubNXL https://amzn.to/3BczgVp @ValtraDEAT @FendtTV @valtra
