  Vücut; ayaklardan ve başlardan ısı kaybeder. Başını şapka, bere vb. ile korumalısın. Başına düşen her kar tanesi hipotermiye daha çok yaklaştırır. El parmaklarını, elini kaybedebilirsin; eldiven kullanmalısın...

  I got up at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wx2ansWSFlY&amp;t=270">4:30</a> this morning. I fed the dog and sat down to read the news. I wondered why because it&apos;s depressing. Then somehow your site popped up and I clicked on to enjoy your video. I watched it and afterwards I fell back to sleep and had pleasant dreams.   I really admire your perseverance in these extreme winterconditions 👍🏻 I would have turned back, or even wouldn’t go outside in the first place. 😁 Luckily there are men like you, so we can enjoy these videos. Greetings from the Netherlands (where it is snowing also).

  Я живу в восточном Казахстане. В январе здесь морозы достигают до -43 градусов. И ничего, живём, работаем.
