Dorothée Gilbert : les secrets d’une danseuse étoile hors norme

To find our partner Qonto, click here 👉 https://c3po.link/QN6EZR5MgU In this episode, I had the privilege of interviewing Dorothée Gilbert, principal dancer at the Paris Opera Ballet. A truly exceptional artist, whom I've long dreamed of interviewing. Dorothée agreed to speak candidly with me: about her beginnings in Toulouse, the intense discipline of the dance school, the backstage world of the Opera, the competition among dancers… but also about her doubts, her moments of weariness, and what keeps her going. What I discovered behind the myth is a funny, insightful, committed, and profoundly human woman. 🩰 How does one continue to dance with the same energy after 20 years in the business? 🩰 What happens after the stage, when the spotlights go out? 🩰 And how do you live in a world that demands perfection… when you know it doesn't exist? We talked about injuries, nutrition, sleep, and motherhood. But also spirituality, the power of the present moment, and letting go. In short, everything that shapes a person, beyond the artist. If you love true stories, exceptional journeys, and inspiring women, this episode is for you. And if so, you know what to do next: like, comment, share 💛 You're the ones who keep this podcast alive.
