  What a find! I first saw this broadcast in the kitchen of my student flat in Plymouth back in 1984. It kicked off a 41 year culinary adventure which is still going strong!

  The first ever Floyd On programme. I find it incredible that Floyd had a restaurant in Clifton, Bristol and then suddenly he becomes the first chef in England to make food and cooking sexy. So natural in front of the camera.

  It&apos;s bringing back the good old days as a boy in the afternoon, watching cooking shows on my mum&apos;s old TV. This chap was my first chef to get my love for cooking, and i still love he simple style of cooking. <br><br>Thank you, makes me smile like a kid again.
