  Myanmar's civil war reminds of Syria's pre-2024 opposition offensives just an enternal stalemate with both the government and the rebels confined to certain sections of the country.

  This civil war kinda reminds me of El Salvador's civil war, The government junta controlled and defended the Urban areas, while the Rebels controlled the countryside, only difference is the Salvadoran government was more effective than the Myanmar Government, and El Salvador didn't suffer ethnic division

  People should know that in Myanmar the military has been forcing young people to fight in their war. Many youths are conscripted unwillingly and sent to the front lines with little training. There are also reports of soldiers abducting young men during night raids to force them into military service.<br><br>These stories rarely appear in international news because the families of the victims are often too afraid to speak out, fearing retaliation against their children or relatives. The situation on the ground is much worse than what the world is seeing.

  I&apos;m from Myanmar and my hometown was bombed by the military junta. For three months, they were fighting each other in my hometown. I survive and made it out alive. Every time I saw war films or read news about war, be it on ukraine or iran, I still feel anxious, like I was still there, unable to make it out.
