  I worked at a cookie factory. You were allowed to eat as much cookies as you like. After day two you don’t want to eat any more cookies or smelling cookies. You want cheese and savory snacks.

  The Costco chicken bake is 100% not a snack. It&apos;s HEAVY... It&apos;s definitely a meal by itself! I say this as a 195 lb daily gym enjoyer. Like I&apos;m a pretty big dude and it&apos;s a lot for me.

  I think this episode really reinforced the problem of being a female eater in a unisex food environment. It can be really difficult to eat right when NOTHING is in your serving size. I work with young guys so when we go out for lunch, they&apos;re all like &quot;that&apos;s it?&quot; And it&apos;s like yup. I am a 5&apos;0&quot; lady in her 30s I can NOT eat the way a 22 year old 6&apos; guy eats. I legitimately can&apos;t. But my lunch is always cheaper so there&apos;s that :] Ya win some ya lose some
