  I really appreciated this video. I've been making candles and soaps for over a year as gifts for friends and family, they've been telling me to make it a business and not just a hobby

  Nitch...That shpuldnt have bothered me asmuch as it did.<br><br>But great points. Im in talks with a realtor &nbsp;currently. &nbsp;The only downside to the location is accessibility. &nbsp;Its mostly foottraffic

  I always wanted a used clothing store and older and have a lot of experience. But the cost &nbsp;of opening one has not been easy. I have enough that I’ve collected for the last 25 years for inventory. <br><br>But in my city of San Francisco, lots of store fronts have opened up after COVID as like never before. Meaning in the past, even if you had the money, finding a storefront was very difficult, especially in a popular area. <br><br>But I’m not getting any younger and this more open storefronts is something to take advantage of.
