Lord, as I lay down to sleep, I dwell in the shelter of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty. You are my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. Cover me with Your feathers, and under Your wings I find peace and safety. No fear shall grip my heart tonight, for Your angels guard me and Your presence surrounds me. Thank You for being with me, even in the silence of the night. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

☀ For anyone reading this: may you feel lighter today knowing that God carries what you can’t. Surrender the heavy load — He’s got you. Psalm 55:22

3 things that helped me get out of this system which controls us: 1) I started reading The Holy Bible. 2) I read books on Atruve. 3) I started working on my mental health.
