Hollywood was great back in the 1920s. The era was golden. Famous stars, creative directors, skilled writers, artistic musicians, and all of the movies. This is the year that we will never forget.

Fun Fact: Johnny Depp came to my town to film parts of The Lone Ranger. Before his arrival, his minions called up the local family restaurant where I was cooking, demanded we have an empty dining room ready for this glorified movie star to come and eat after filming. We said ok, great! We closed the restaurant and turned away the enormous weekend crowd and several thousand dollars worth of business just to have that slimey snake cancel on us with no notification or remorse. I would venture to say he had no idea what we prepared and didn't care. Furthermore, not a single staff member there was at all excited to see this guy in our establishment anyhow. Thanks a pantload, Tanto! Months later, DeColores Restaurant closed after over 35 years of employing many good people and serving the best food in Northern New Mexico. We never saw his movie.
