  We Indians are often inwardly weak and vulnerable, constantly seeking external validation, approval, and acknowledgment. We forget that we are gifted with a spirit of power, love, and self-control—not a spirit of fear or timidity. Sadly, much of our insecurity stems from distorted religious beliefs that suppress rather than empower.<br>True spirituality calls us to rise above such conditioning—to know who we truly are and to stand firm in our choices.<br>Never allow anyone to inflate or deflate your spirit. Know your worth, and live from within.
