fact Ryan had like only 116 lines in the script shows how just facial acting, movement, music and good directing can make it to where you don't need so many words spoken.

Anyone who has loved has felt what Drive portrays: longing, waiting, hoping, loneliness, angst, sadness, desire, uncertainty, and missing someone, terribly.

This movie was probably the best unexpected gift I had in Cinema. I went to the theater with some friends expecting the classic "car-robbery" movie, due to the false guiding trailer, just to do something on a Winter Sunday night. Then the movie began, and since the first (magnificent) scene I was totally blown away. When the movie was over, I told my friends "this movie is gonna be a Cult in few years". I had never been more right. <3

There is more unspoken dialogue in this film than any other I've ever seen.
The glances, the faces that tell intricate stories. The pauses. The knowing smiles.
It's so beautifully poignant.
Absolutely love it.

This is the fantasy of all introvert guys = having a girl, owning a car and looking like Ryan Gosling.

The movie's soundtrack is so dreamlike. Hazy, hypnotic, a slight tinge of eerie

I feel so blessed to have seen this masterpiece in the cinema. Ten years ago this September, I sat down in Cineworld Northampton here in the UK completely unaware as to how this film would blow me away.
