I ate only soup and water for about 9 or 10 days when I was sick with what may have been coronavirus and Jesus and the angels came into our house and delivered me from the heart issues that came with it, and delivered me from evil spirits, and I recovered. I was also standing on the word daily, and am always in the Word daily and have an intimate relationship with Jesus and live a holy life. Fasting allows the Holy Spirit to really move, Jesus to be superimposed on/through us, and demons to flee. Fasting allows you to easily hear the voice of the Lord. Fasting has ALWAYS been tremendously beneficial, all my life. People have no idea how helpful fasting is. I have lived a fasted life, avoiding most things that most people enjoy, for decades. It's powerful!

I’m fasting for 3 days to break the stronghold and generational curse of divorce, insecurity, jealousy, Jezebel, envy, control, fear, doubt, perversion, etc. please pray that God would move on my behalf and on behalf of my unbelieving husband🤍 victory in Jesus name!

“Your spirit can take care of your body, but your body can’t take care of your spirit.” There’s no excuses! Thank you pastor Vlad!

Until you offer your body as a sacrifice you will never truly live. 🔥🔥🔥

On a 40 day fast with one meal a day. May the Lord Jesus grant me strength through the Holy Spirit to complete this.

Fasting is the best. It is the key. I got healed. GOD HEALED ME through fasting and praying. First i did it for 3 days with my pastors praying for me, after recovering i did it again for 7 days , just with water, and praying and reading the bible. I didn't use my phone no calls nothing . I desconected from the entire world. It is WORTH IT!! IT REALLY IS. but it was me and my pastors praying for me for God give me straight to continue fasting. And i saw the powerful of God. He healed me when the doctors couldn't do anything!!
Father, Son and holy spirit.
If God is with u can do whatever..nothing is impossible. 🔥

Wow this title got my attention because I've literally been fasting and praying for a "domino effect" of people getting saved one right after another in my family. Hmm, I'm listening!

EDIT: not long after posting this God told me a specific 16year old cousin of mine would be the first "domino to fall" of revival in my family as I was praying for her while waiting for her to come to a prayer service I invited her to. In the end she turned down my offer and didn't come. 2 years later, and yesterday she got baptized and has given her life to Christ along with her boyfriend! Praise God!!!!!! He's faithful!!!!

I remember when i was a baby christian I was convicted by the Holy Spirit to do fasting, then that was the time when I'm used by God to share his word..... Since then it became my habit to keep myself disciplined by God through fasting, and it's very fulfilling spiritually, mentally and emotionally....,

They key of fasting is to have intention, a purpose. Without that you are just starving yourself. Fast for something specific and pray for that during your fast. Will make a big difference and also motivate you during the fast.
