  "Everybody's got dead people, it's no excuse to get everybody else dead along the way." This truly hits different after seeing Rocket's backstory. Actually, his whole persona makes so much sense. Also that scene with Thor, "I lost the only family I ever had." SO that was twice losing everyone. Wow. Beautiful, MCU at it's best with GOG

  Rocket is such a glorious character. He has that epic balance of insanity and honour to his friends. Even with all of his issues he still comes through every single time. Every scene he's in is perfect.

  Every scene hits differently after Guardians 3, you just know that under that tough guy routine, under all that sarcasm, he is the most caring, loving, and imaginative member of the entire group.

They really had him pulling from his own horrible experiences throughout all his appearances.

  Rocket in GOTG1: Saying to a baby &quot;It&apos;s not cool to get help! walk by yourself, you little gargoyle!&quot;<br><br>Rocket in GOTG3: Helps all of his little, regular baby racoon cellmates to get out of their small prison, without saying a word, while carrying them all by himself.<br><br><br><br>Man, I love this character, and he grew up so much!
